We partnered with BGC Housing Group to bring the BGC Home Sustainability Expo to Perth last weekend.
The event was held at the stunning BGC Showroom in Osborne Park and featured a range of sustainability workshops, demonstrations, design ideas and displays to support home builders and renovators create the ‘green’ home they’ve always wanted.
Have the best home on The Block
WA power couple Luke and Jasmin jumped on board to share their building, DIY and home decoration tips and tricks. Their hosted a sustainability workshop featuring all of their tried and tested strategies for a more environmentally and financially sustainable home. You can probably guess that having a solar + battery system was high up on the list!
Another dynamic duo at the Expo was Asako and Tyler from Plico. They were on hand to show everyone how to make cheap, affordable and clean energy.
“I really liked the opportunity to speak to like-minded people who want to reduce their carbon footprint,” said Tyler.
“When we show people how much money they can save and the positive impact they’ll have on the environment it really blows them away. It’s a win-win.”
