The Town Team Movement is all about empowering local communities and governments to connect, organise and act to regenerate the fabric of our neighbourhoods and to create better places for all of us. If you've witnessed a dead space in your neighbourhood come to life with better pedestrian access, street art or festivals - it could be a sign that your local Town Team has been busy!
Powering the future
As a community owned energy cooperative that started as a grassroots movement, we know the power of community action. That's why we have teamed up with Town Team Movement to give the 78 Town Teams all over Western Australia the chance to win a Plico Solar Battery System, valued at more than $15,000. That's a fully installed and serviced Plico system that will provide clean energy, protection from blackouts and a more sustainable future for the community. Just in time for those summer rays!

All Town Teams are encouraged to apply. Simply head to our Town Teams webpage and fill in your details. You will be asked to share your vision for the future of your community and how your Town Team is helping bring that to life. A judging panel made up of Town Team Movement and Plico representatives – along with a community vote – will decide the winner. Good luck!
