With 20 years working across Engineering Support roles, Mitu has led teams to tackle technical challenges and deliver exceptional customer service. Holding a degree in Electronics, Mitu works closely with support and engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring optimal product performance. Her leadership experience includes enhancing technical solutions and customer relations, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Mitu is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for Plico members and ensuring they get maximum benefit from their clean energy system.
